The developer Sam Hamad indicating his commitment to build Marquee on the Bay has been quoted as saying “The building is going up, and there’s no power on Earth that can stop it.” The building which will be located at 1301 Main, the prior location of Pino’s Restaurant has sold five units and construction is expected to begin shortly after selling two additional units.
